The Doc is Latin — but not Puerto Rican. The story's premise is that Puerto Ricans quietly extended protection to other Latin people. She walks in with The President behind her, smiling — it's his birthday, October 31st. That's what she says, anyway.
The Story
The Doc arrives with a cure and her four best patients, intending to move it safely through the city. She tells Ali B she needs things arranged. Ali B says: Done. The table toasts The President. But the room shifts.
The package — a valuable cream — moves through the night, hidden in plain sight. Doc knows where it is. Ali B knows where it's going. Lucky knows who's watching. Charles makes sure it gets there.
It remains unclear whether Lucky, Ali B, and Charles are protecting The Doc and the cure — or keeping the cure for themselves. The Doc never does just one thing. She's here for the birthday AND the package.
